Custom jewelry takes approximately 4 weeks to create and send.

 

Carriers/Delivery

 

We use USPS (approximately 14 - 30 business days)

In store pickup is also available by appointment (655 N. Central Ave, 17th floor, Glendale CA 91203)

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

How To Return An Item

Due to the nature of our products, we will not accept returns, however, if a product arrives damaged due to shipping we will work with you to refund or reship your items. You must notify us upon receiving your package and provide photo evidence of the damaged goods.

 

Please email nush@cmjanddiamonds.com to request a refund and we will assist you. Be sure to include your name, order number and an image of the damaged item(s).
